Is this too long to store before making Jerky?

I was planning on making Jerky last weekend by life happened so now I have 2lbs of ground turkey mixed with cure and spices sitting in a ziplock bag in my refrigirator. I am planning on making Jerky tomorrow (air dry, dehydrator) so should I discard it and get a new batch or is it ok?

I used a food processor to mix the spices and the cure into that jerky meat.

I say, "When in doubt, throw it out."
That said, first smell it. If it passes that test, cook a small amount to taste. If I smells ok when heated, taste a sample of cooked. If you wake up fine tomorrow, you might be OK with it.

I'm sorry, but I do not like turkey much, so I'd be inclined to discard it. Food poisoning is a beach.
When I make Ground Beef jerky, there is no waiting period. But I ball it up after hand mixing (gloved), and refrigerate for 1-2 hours, then form and dehydrate.
