is this tank usable or too rusty

hi guys iv never built a smoker so im not totally sure but i found this tank and i am wondering if its too rusty to use or if it can still be used for an off set smoker. owner says it has some small holes here and there, but i can weld them closed. basically if its rusted to the point of having some small holes, is it trash or can i still build a good sturdy smoker with some welding repairs. any opinions?

If it were me I would pass and look for a better one. If it has holes rusted in it its to far gone I would think

It may very well be beyond working with. If you want to give it a try, build a good smokey fire inside and look for escaping smoke.
