Started smoking, for the first time , this spring. I've always loved smoked food but never attempted it. Now I can't stop thinking about it. My first smoker was a masterbuilt 7 in 1, not fancy but got me started. It does smoke a good pork butt. Now I have a uds and want to buy a off set . A lotta of my friends have electric smokers and pellet smokers, but I want to stay traditional with charcoal and wood. Haven't had anything come out bad. YouTube has been a big help!
