Hi all,it has come to my attention that I need to introduce myself.I have been grilling/smoking since 1988 with charcoal/wood mainly.

I am a born and bred Virginian,NRA life member and divorced father of 3 teenagers.I got them hooked on smoked meats at a young age. They also are pie iron cooking experts,Dad taught them well ;) .When i'm not cooking I ride my dirt bike, quad and shoot guns,my fave is the custom .50 BMG that I built.speaking of building I am planning to build a small RF from a 100# LP tank as the CC.I look forward to hearing from y,all, and getting/giving any advice.

Welcome Bill. You got a lot of experience. I've only been smoking for a few years but just stepped into a charcoal/wood setup. Sounds like a bunch of fun hobbies.
