Hi Everyone,

I have been reading all of your posts and want to thank you for sharing your information. I have learned quite a bit from reading your posts.

I live in the United States in Belton, Texas.  I live south of Waco, Texas and north of Austin, Texas near Lake Belton.  I was lucky enough for my husband of 35 years to give me an electric Masterbuilt Sportsman smoker for my Christmas and birthday present.  I have enjoyed smoking on it starting Christmas day with Prime Rib.  I use the smoker 2 -3 times a month.

There is a lot of folks on here with the MES, huge amounts

of knowledge.
