Howdy Ya'll... Let me introduce myself, my name's Larry, but I answer to Elf... I've been a member of SMF for while using a Weber clone... Having moved back to the Oklahoma Panhandle recently, I wanted to start making my own sausage... being a "cheap-son-of-a-gun" I decided to make my own smoker, hence my joining this group... I appreciate any and all comments and suggestions, expecially in the sausage smoking aspect... Hey, I'm old but trainable!
