New to the site, so posting up some stuff here. About me, live in Spring TX, currently have a XL BGE, Akorn JR , gas grill(never use anymore lol) and am in the market for a new pellet style smoker for a catering gig I am starting up. Have cooked since I was 4 helping my mom make szechuan chicken and have been smoking for 15+ years and nothing is more enjoyable for me than smokin some good eats and watching people devour your food.
