Hello, I'm a BBQ enthusiast that does some contests and some catering.  I live in GA and cook on anything I can!  I own 2 WSM 22.5, an old new braunfells smoker/grill, a Weber 26" kettle, 2 Orion cookers, and a front loaded smoker I made by building and attaching an insulated firebox to an old range specifically for cooking ribs.
