Haven't, but have used DP in various marinades and injections. If anything like other DP recipes, it should be a goody. Do not use DDP at all, and try and find the cane sugar DP vs. the corn syrup DP. The Dublin DP (before they had their licenses yanked) was worth the pilgrimage. Now, not sure who's using that recipe if anyone: try and find that made with cane sugar, not corn syrup. Taste differential is huge.
