I dont have the CAD design any more as my computer was stolen.
Start doing a drawing from the pics above of the chassis.
once that is done it is mostly just cutting 1/4 plate for the firebox and #16 sheetmetal.
post the drawing and I will follow you through the build and give my suggestions when needed.
