Anyone know where someone could purchase insta cure #1 online ?

Pretty easy to find on the internet  Butcher and Packer I know has it.  How far away are you from Opelousas?  Tagil has it on the shelf.  Any butcher supply shop will have so you should be able to find it local.

They have a pretty good stock of things for the Butcher shop and kitchen.  Whenever I go out that way I stop,  they have lots of different cure and seasoning mixes you may find interesting.  Let me know if you have problems finding them, I know they have a website,.

Lots of places carry it here are a few. Also if you have a GanderMountain, Cabelas or BassPro close they have them as well. Also just about every local grocery store has it around here.
