Injecting Pork Butts with Garlic Juice

    Has anyone had any experience injecting pork butts with galic juice? Juice is available for purchase and says it's great on bbq.

    never have, but never saw the stuff either, if I had, it would have been used many many times!!

    I was wanting to try something with honey, molasses and ginger. Or something along those lines of sweetness. My wife loves honey BBQ sauce, so I was going to try to sweeten it up through injection.

    Sounds interesting, but unless you're a garlic head, you'll want to test the strength of the juice before sacrificing a large (expensive) piece of meat.

    balsamic vinegar sweetens up when cooked. i inject it in pork all the time. it comes out great.

    Creole and Butter works very good on pork.

    Have not injected garlic juice, but have some other recipies that include garlic salt and powder.
