After getting used to Spring weather in the 60's and 70's, the weatherman decided to throw us a curveball here in Middle TN. I was going to fire up one of the Webers, but the temp was in the low 30's this evening. Nope, not going outside. I know you northerners are gonna flame me, and that's quite alright. I'll get you back in July when everybody's toenails sweat down here. Anywho, broke out the indoor grill because I was a sissy tonight. Marinated flat Iron steak, and veggie kabobs. The more I use this indoor grill, the more I like it. Not a hint of smoke to smell up the house. Pretty slick grill. Just make sure to have water in the pan.

I agree with ya on the weather. I'm ready for it to get warm and stay warm.
And no matter how you cooked it....that plate looks excellent!!!!!

Not one thing wrong with that meal . Looks fantastic . These indoor grills have improved so much in recent years , and they do a great job . Did hot dogs in the 6 + 1 last night .

I worked outside for most of my life . You can't go from 60 to 30 and not feel it .
It was 30's and damp yesterday morning . Felt like single digits .

Looks good, for my curiosity does the food taste like it would from a outdoor charcoal/gas grill.(bbq. Taste) If so I may have to look into one.

Similar to a gas grill as there is char/grill marks on the food (at least the rib eyes I have done on the Ninja). Not the same as on a kettle over real wood charcoal though.

WOW that's an impressive sear! My house came with a Jenn Air indoor grill but wife refuses to allow it's use. My Dad wants it BAD. No smell?! How can that be? Some kinda fancy filter/grill bong?

Thanks Jim. I'm with ya on the weather. That weekend in the 70's a while back sure was nice. We have another freeze warning tonight. BRRR!

It certainly isn't like cooking on my Webers, but it gets the job done. Plug it in, hit the fan, and make REAL sure there is water in the pan. I'm grilling in around 5 minutes.

The water pan (bong lol) is the key with my indoor grill. You smell the food obviously, but ZERO smoke. I haven't tried bacon, or anything real fatty though. I was surprised at how well it does sear.

I'd take a plate of that anyway! And any temp over 50 without any wind would be fine for me! No need to sweat all my winter weight off in one day lol!
