In search of 10k ohm thermistor meat probes

I am in the process of building my own meat thermometer with a PLC and need to find 10k ohm probes. I own Inkbird products and their probes are 100k. I have been told that the I Grill 3 runs a 10K system but has not been confirmed. Can anyone point me in direction of 10k ohm probes ?
