Impulse buy - pork loin

    So my local store had these for $1.88 / lb. I didnt know how much they normally cost but they were marked down from $4.49 / lb so I took a chance.

    I can't remeber eating one. My wife makes pork tender loin but swears plain pork loin is tough and a crappy meat. She was pissed when I came home with so many haha.

    What should I do with these? I bought 3 weighing about 4.5lbs each. I assume when cooked properly they are tender and juicy (I won't tell her that hahhaha). Any recipe ideas? Thanks!

    I believe you can make Canadian bacon out of one if you wanted - nice score what ever you do with them.

    I actually found bears stuffed pork loin recipe. Looks fantastic. Can one put cheese in the middle or would it be cooked too long?

    What about cream cheese, mushrooms, onions and spinach?  Do you need to precook any of these?

    I think you got a great deal on those.  Put it on the smoker and then slice or shred it and should be tasty.
