Hi guys, I love cooking on the BBQ and have done so for many years. But in all honestly I'm not very good.

I've just had my garden renovated and have built a brick BBQ. It's possible for me to build more onto if needs be but just not sure.

I've done a double red brick wall, 3m and got two legs which are also double red brick coming out centred.

I bought the stainless steel black Knight 90cm BBQ kit and I cook using big k charcoal.

A few of my concerns are the stainless has discoloured a good bit, turbing purple and yellow.

Secondly, charcoal only lasts about an hour so hard to keep going for big party. I had to add more charcoal last week.

Also would be nice to cook slower so things like ribs and chicken kebabs are not over burnt.

I want to add a rotisserie but the black Knight kit is only suitable for single brick BBQ. Anybody know how I can add a rottiserie to double brick BBQ

Best regards

Jay
