Im getting there. Gotta get this down sizing stuff down yet. Major different than brick-n-stick living.

Going to get a 3.2 cu fridge for the temp and humidity still but otherwise, Took the temp in the side pantry where i had the Kabanosy hanging and temp fluctuates between 54 & 68. R/H in the RV is just bout perfect between 66 & 80% depending on if the door and roof vents are open.

White mold = good

Greenish blue = bad
