I have just started getting brave enough to start smoking, and having a blast. I have smoked a pork butt, St Louis style ribs, feather bones,baby back ribs and so far my favorite is pork chops. I am giving a loin a shot today. I use a propane smoker right now and have aspersions of moving up to a much nicer unit soon. Always welcome a new recipe and I really want to try smoking a turkey. Had xome amazing BBQ in the Charlotte airport and that inspired the turkey.
