Thanks, it was a fantastic meal.
We did a pretty interesting take on potatoe salad. Roasted radishes, parsnip, and turnips, all covered in olive oil. Added 8 cloves of garlic, thyme, rosemary, roasted at 400 for about an HR. Then combined in bowl with mayo,dill weed, and some pickle relish. Boom, roasted root vegetable "potatoe salad". Even my kids ate it, 5 &12.

My wife bought me this rub set, she thought the names were funny. I used the Carolina, and Memphis they were very good.
