Good Morning, I live in Phoenix and my wife surprised me a few weeks ago with the Vision Classic from Costco. Been cooking burgers, steaks, pizza, Chicken and yesterday at Pork Butt.
I believe my wife is jealous of my new Grillfriend as I continue to go out out and buy her some new accessories.
I hope to learn some great ideas on smoking what's next. Speaking of that we have a Cul De Que cook off in two weekends and need to bring a killer pulled pork to the party. Any suggestions on what would take it over the top as far as rub and wood is concerned?
