Hello my name is Tanya and I live in Benson NC. I just bought a master forge electric smoke/ grill for my boyfriend and we are new to this whole smoking thing. This is our first time using one and its kinda difficult. We turned it on for the first time today and I think that something is wrong with it. But that could be just me not knowing anything about it.

Welcome Tanya! Sorry to hear about the problems with your grill. I grew up in eastern NC, and if you can find a way to make BBQ like Smithfields, I'll buy you AND your boyfriend a new smoker

 I sure do miss Carolina BBQ..  Seriously though, good luck!
