When I first started learning how to cook brisket. I was paying 20 to 40 for select.
 
He's right. Almost makes me want to cry. When I started making brisket, 15 years ago or so, I could get a packer for $45 easily.
Same and next thing I knew we were pushing $100. Then I went to Frisco for NDSU vs JMU #2 and ar inedible of the grocery stores they had Prime Packers for $45 and I was getting Choice for $80-100 in ND. I should have went and bought a cooler and loaded up for the drive home
