Ideas on something new too smoke?

i was thinking about getting a rabbit from my yard or some stuffed peppers with meatloaf in them and rice

Lamb? Fish? I'd like to try smoking crab legs some time. A cut of meat you don't usually buy? Grocery stores in Maryland sell ostrich. Interesting, right?

I've done lamb breast is all. Very fatty

I've yet to smoke sausage. What are some good ones. I like bruats too

I would go through Jeff's recipe's on smoking-meat.com. he has some interesting things there i bet you havent tried. like "moink" balls or pork shots or stuff pork loin or something. I always find something new and interesting to try over there.
