great job.. ya can add pork or whatever to whatever... in texas chili comps- beans ain't allowed- yer comp or feed or catering- what people feel you do well & pay you for is allowed & if the hire ya twice- that means yer good- good enough to get paid... does anything else count ? - people fat,happy, and paying you for it & repeat business... thats my recipe fer success.... bottom line....
