I would like to hear about mods from my Char-Griller peeps (non-denominational)

I would like advice from those who have Char-Griller or similar models simply because dimensions,etc. will hopefully apply for all. If this thread exists by all means point me to it and I will delete this one, but I couldnt find it in the ocean of info available here. I would really like pics. I cant be the only guy who is just starting out with a Char-Griller and I want to hear about (and see) mods so others have a start point as well as myself.
