That's pretty sweet. Kinda jealous.

20171002_140941.jpg This is mine. MES30 gen1 on the right. MES40 gen 2.5 on the left. Got that one last week.
Both have mods done to them. Just started doing testing on the 40. So far I had to add a deflection plate in the back right corner to even out the temps some. Using a Fireboard to record my results. Mine are sitting in a 10 x 20 room off my garage. Just behind the 40 you can just see the top of a dual fan I use to exhaust the smoke. My others are a weber bbq and a okjoe highlander smoker.

I just have a simple Rivergrille Cattlemans charcoal grill with side firebox. But we have lots of fun together. It's sorta like fishing you just have to work at finding the right bait, line test and the right water spot. It's finding the right amount of vent openings, right amount of charcoal, the right amount of wood--could say it's not just a smoke, it's an adventure lol. There's no fun in just set it and forget it lol. I guess that's why the pitmasters have so much fun during competitions.
