Burnt ends and such so after tonights cook(chicken) there was still a bit of wood burning and a bunch of coals that i knew would go for at least a couple more hours at 220-250. so for shits and giggles i took the rest of pulled pork i made last week and put it in there with a little BBQ sauce and just let it go.

and it turned out ok



 
i hit it with sauce before during and after so while it was a mixed bag and some of it seems a bit overcooked/dry overall it was ok
