I need inspiration!!!

I am smoking 3 turkeys tonight and I wanted to add something else. I am having trouble finding inspiration and am looking for suggestion.

Well you can inject the birds with something new and maybe do a Jerk Turkey ( just thinking off the top of my head) maybe with a jamacian kick to it. You can do the turkeys with a chinese feel to it. Heck just go wild after all what how about a turkey fattie with some turkey meat and stuffing maybe throw in some craneberry sauce in it too. See your choices are as vast as the mind will let you.

Yeah the turkeys are for friends but I wanted to throw something else on as well!

When in doubt... FATTY! 

I keep several chubbs of JD around the house at all times.  It's fun to decide you want a fatty, then see what kind you can make with the ingredients you have.  We've ended up with cordon bleu, buffallo chicken, fajita fatty... all sorts!
