i need help! what size bag to use when making a fatty?

hi guys

i want to try making a fatty, i know you guys use a gallon zip lock bag for 1# of meat but here in england bags are sold using length and width not capacity , could someone give me the measurements of the bag i should use please

My gallon Ziplock bags measure roughly 11 in. x 10 1/2 in.  (28 cm x 27 cm).
