I need a good Sriracha Beef Jerkey recipe for the pellet grill !

Anyone have a good Sriracha Jerky recipe for the pellet grill they'd like to share?
The hotter,spicier and more flavorful the better.

I just made some jerky with Walkerswood Jamaican Jerk Marinade. Very spicy and full of flavor. Just weighed meat and Marinade then calculated cure and added it to Marinade. Let sit over night. I highly recommend if like spicy. I get at Fiesta Mart around here but World Market cares it if you have one.

I have made this one and it is damn good...however, with the high acid in the marinade, do not leave the meat in for the time called for of the jerky will be a little soft. Only go 8 hours max...

No need for cure because of the high acidity of the marinade and the jerky should lose enough water in 4 hours of smoking/drying so as to not be wet enough to support bacterial growth.
