Well not sure about more smoking but back in the old oil patch days..any good roughneck could..put half a pack of Beechnut Chewing Tobaccy in each cheek pouch..half a can of Copenhagen snuff stuffed in the bottom lip..smoke a cigarette and drink a beer all at the same time. That can get a lot of nicotine in the system..if that be the goal. The alcohol in the beer serves as a tincture to extract more pizza from the oral products.
