First, I'll get the disclaimer out of the way: I don't work for any cooler company, much less RTIC or their competition. That said, I went to Houston over the Christmas holidays. Thanks to many of your posts extolling the virtues of RTIC over the competition, I made it a point to stop in their "showroom" off 290. It is spartan at best, but they have all their products displayed within their office: and never felt safer with the presence of 2 very large Harris County Sheriff's deputies on site. I already had their 30 oz. tumblers and handles, and wanted to see what was on site. Needless to say, the holiday crush was on, but the wife wanted a 30 can soft cooler (just under a hundy), and my daughter wanted a 64 oz bottle for soccer. Folks there were very accommodating, handled everything quickly and accurately, and I'm really glad that I stopped.
If you're in the area, they're on 290 between 1960 and Huffmeister on the SW side of the freeway. I'm a believer, and I'll never pay the ridiculous price that their "competitor" charges a couple of hours NW on 290. In my mind, there's no competition. RTIC buyer for life!
