Here is my first post with pics.
Smoked some ribs with orange wood for 2 hours or so... Then wrapped with butter, sugar for about 1 hour or so. Then no foil for about another 1 hour. All this smoked at 250-275 on my WSM.

Tony your ribs look like they turned out Fantastic!!! I have some orange wood to smoke with but have never tried it...I just have a hard time not using hickory..lol

It was a nice light smoke. Maybe next time i will add 1 chunk of hickory??

...next time I will do the quote option when replying.

   Those ribs look very good! The higher temps got them done sooner. were they still tender? Nice job!
