After an involuntary hiatus I am back on the forums. I missed hearing about all the great cooks you folks have been getting done.
During my time away I was able to at least get some cooking in. I have been baking bread, curing sandwich meat, and finally got a chance to make some Jamaican Jerk chicken with the pimento blend pellets I got almost a year ago.
I have also been working on a smoker controller unit for pit masters on a budget. There will be more information about that coming soon.
My freezer is now empty of all sausage I had made during the winter so I need to get back to grinding, mixing, and stuffing.....
I would like to think that some one missed me so even if you didn't, say you did.
So glad to be back in the galaxy again.....
