What corned beef recipe did you use

That's the thing.... Pop's brine and whatever 15 year-old sticks and seeds I had in the cupboard... I eyeballed the cupboard scrapings because I wasn't expecting much. Just wanted some experience... my WORD! Best darned stuff we ever tasted!

Can you imagine what a little effort would have wrought?
