At least that's what my card says.

Fool /'ful/: One with a market propensity or fondness for something.

I've been grilling since I was sent to college with a suitcase and a grill.  Never before that as the grill was my dad's domain.  Back then we lit everything with lighter fluid, flipped steaks with a fork, and did everything over direct heat.  Wow have things changed.

That was 20 years ago.  Now I do 90% of what I grill indirect or smoke or both.  I have two kettles (I was told not to use the name of the manufacturer - long story), a CharGrillier Smokin' Pro, and a Char-Broil Big Easy infrared propane grill.

I started GrillinFool.com back in November of 2008 but couldn't keep up with the adding enough content, so I recruited my dad and cousin and GrillinFools.com was born.  Since then we've had a two page article in the St. Louis Post Dispatch, numerous radio interviews in the Huston and St. Louis areas, the cover of Feast Magazine (local foodie magazine in St. Louis), appeared on a local news/lifestyle show, and held our first charity BBQ contest in October of last year.

What we do is show step by step, picture by picture, and sometimes video by video how to make great stuff on the grill.  That's it.  We don't charge a thing to anyone but our sponsors.  Most of all, we want help people reproduce out successes and not repeated the thousands of failures we've made between the three of us and our more than 90 combined years of grilling experience.

I'm here to talk some BBQ, share my knowledge as well as gain as much knowledge as I can...  The reason I'm here is that someone posted my blueberry muffin stuffed muffin fatty recipe in the fatty forum.
