Hurricane Florence is upon me. Yes I am only in Columbia SC, but I will still get high winds and alot of rain. I bought a 9lb brisket and plan on tossing it on the smoker at around 10pm. Cook all night and pull when temp is right. Wrap in foil and put it in a cooler. Hopefully it turns out right and hopefully Flo doesnt screw things up. 15369703091816838095958354630694.jpg

Hope it all goes well in them conditions. Be safe.

I hear Flo has a mean blow.Might be hard to hold temps with the wind and rain.Hopefully smoker is covered by something substantial.

Best of luck to ya. Let us know how it turns out.

Ok folks here is the final product. Has great flavor but not as fall apart tender as I would have liked.
