Hunsaker Smokers

I have a new Hunsaker Smoker on the way. Does anyone on here own and use one? How do you like it? Pros & Cons?

Welcome from NC, I haven't heard of them either..looking at Google it looks like a $1300 drum smoker, Hopefully somebody here has experience on one

I currently use my Green Egg and have owned various smokers over the years but this will be my first drum smoker. Should be out for delivery any day now. Had great reviews from all I researched and maybe someone on here uses a different UDS and can give some tips :)

I just Googled it as well. It looks like a decent.
The wheels option looks like it would be a nice to have.

Welcome to your new addiction.. The forums... I recall many of UDS builds here that you can get some pointers on...

I've seen the vids and reviews but don't have one. Seem to be top quality and similar to the Gateway.
Several here use a UDS or PBC. I've only used my PBC a few times but love it.

But really... Enjoy the new rig...

Also.. WSM's are pretty much the same as UDS's in a sense... A lot of the tricks for them also work in the UDS's

Just had it a week or two ago... Waiting on my new 10lb electric stuffer from LEM... That I haven't had a chance to use yet...
