Dirt sailor- could this recipe be tweaked to make some huli huli scarbelly style chicken wing? My wide doesn't so buffalo but this sounds like a good alternative!

It sure can. Ne need to tweak it, I would strain it though prior to trying to inject it so the chunks of garlic and ginger doesn't clog up the needle. I do believe that I have a post here somewhere where I did a batch of injected Huli Huli Wings along with a batch of Scarbelly wings. Same reason the kids don't like spicy!
