I just found this forum, it looks like a great place to hang my apron!

I have been BBQing for hundreds of years and got into smoking 2 years ago... I love it! I currently own a CharGriller Smokin' Pro, and will be upgrading to a Lang Model 60 mobile unit (soon, I hope).

I am looking forward to contributing to the community!
