I'm Neil
I'm the Pitmaster of Too Sauced To Pork BBQ Team. Located in Memphis TN and Buffalo NY.
So...we have a Stumps GF223, Stumps H223, Grilla Pellet smoker, 2 WSM's, Charbroil offset Barrel, a UDS, Weber Kettle, and a couple of large Barrel Grills... :-)
Found the site and love talking BBQ, so here I am. I grew up smoking, been to Memphis in May since I was 12 (for the last 22 years). Been cooking the contest since High School. We compete in about 12 contests a year.
BBQ and Grill 2-3 times a week.
