Just popping in to say "hey". Been a cooker for at least 10-12 years and have a Stumps Baby, Gateway Drum and a Lang 36 Patio coming tomorrow!
If it is meat, I have probably smoked it and if it can be stuffed and smoked, I probably cooked it. LOL!
New to drum cooking so that is something interesting to be learning these days. Cook mostly for family, friends and neighbors as I love to share good barbecue with friends!

Look forward to engaging with other folks and sharing some of my cooks! Seasoned a gateway this weekend and cooked up these beauties over a little cherry and post oak to get the feel of a drum cook.
