Texas boy by way of Carolina, retired Army, widowed with teens (girls). Die hard Cowboys fan with soft spot for Raiders and Panthers. Love using sticks every chance I get. Any meat I cook on the grill/ smoker gets some wood for flavor. Hope to garner info and improve my novice skills to pit master status
