Howdy from Texas

Hi all, I'm from Texas.  My husband does most of the smoking for us, although he has taught me some things and now I can actually mange a decent brisket, ribs, and turkey.  I found this forum while looking for a way to repair the firebox on our smoker.  I have posted a thread on that already, just waiting on approval of the post.  I am so glad I found this forum, I think my husband is really going to like it as well.
