Hey everyone,
I live in New York, in the Lower Hudson Valley.
I bought my first smoker, a 30" Masterbuilt Digital Electric Smoker #20070910, on Amazon around New Years. It was a bit of an impulse buy, but the price was right! $110.49 delivered!
I've done 4 cooks, so far, and having a lot of fun. 1 Salmon filet with cherry chips, 1 boneless pork butt with hickory chips, and 2 St. Louis cut pork ribs, one with hickory and one with a combination of hickory and cherry.
I've been watching a lot of YouTube videos and learning a lot about different flavors and cooking styles.
Looking forward to learning more from you experts.
