Been following the site for quite a while.  Lots of good ideas on here, and I wanted to add a few of my own in the mix so I'm not just taking without giving something back.  Just turned 55 today, and have been cooking since I was a kid.  It's just something I've always enjoyed.  I get a little "experimental" sometimes, so I'll spare any of those until they're tried and true.  LOL
