I am a 50 year old male. I found the forum by chance when looking for 55 gallon drums. One very nice gentlemen here is giving them away where he works ($5.00). While I was seeing what I needed to do to get one, I was reading the forum on building a UDC from the barrels. It inspired me so much I am now in the process of building my own.
I will take pictures and am using the combined knowledge from many here. I am so looking forward to completing my cooker and smoking some ribs. The funny thing is I had no plans of building a cooker or grilling till I came here by accident while doing a Google search. for drums and in one afternoon of reading posts, I was converted.
