Howdy,

I'm Steve, and I'm a Smoker.

Been using the smaller WSM for 7-8 years. Looking to increase my capacity. Think I have most of the pieces needed for a UDS (scored free to date!)... just need to get to it.

KCBS and PNWBA certified judge.
