I've been smoking meats now for about 4 years but still consider myself an amature. I have The Good One Open Range conventional smoker. I can grill on one side and smoke on the other. I like the pneumatic tires and there is a grease zerk on the axles.

The Rotary Club sponors the BBQ and Blues Festival every year in May. It's held at Washington Irving Memorial Park which is composed of cottonwood trees and May is the height of their cotton production. The ground is white from the cotton and I'm severely allergic to the cotton so I no longer attend.

I stay off that end of the island as much as possible,it's become an insane traffic cluster-f@$k.I live in Tiverton and don't venture past the north part of Portsmouth(Island Park).
