I just inheritted a smoker from a fellow food lover at work (I'm in IT) and am anchious to get going with it.
Looking to smoke a pork loin for dinner tonight. Got it sittin' in the fridge wrapped up with a nice rub, getting all flavorful.
Smoker is an upright, gas, SmokyMountainSeries by Geat Outdoors Grill Co. Never heard of them, but then again, totally new to the smoking scene.
